Blackened Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
Choose your fish
Blackened seasoning
Corn tortilla
Seasoned corn
Fresh tomato
Onion
Fresh Avocado
Shredded cheese
Cilantro
Olive Oil
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season fish with blackened seasoning. Add the olive oil and the fish to the pan. Cook 1 to 2 minutes per side until seasoning is blackened. Optional: toast the corn tortilla to your liking. Add fish to the tortilla. Top each tortilla with 2 slices of fish, seasoned corn, fresh tomato, onion and avocado. Add a pinch of cilantro.
